Career & Internship Mega Fair - Candidates

Join us at one of the largest and most diverse recruiting opportunities in the nation. An anticipated group of 350 employers (different employers each day) will be available to network with candidates to discuss full-time, part-time, and internship opportunities from a wide variety of fields. This event is open to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark, and RBHS) students and alumni from all academic disciplines.

Reminder: Bag check will NOT be permitted at the Career and Internship Mega Fair. Coat check only.

Registration Information:

This event is open to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark, and RBHS) students and alumni from all academic disciplines.

External to Rutgers University: This event is only available to Rutgers University (New Brunswick, Camden, Newark, and RBHS) students and alumni.  The general public is not permitted to attend this event.

Register via Rutgers Handshake. Please note there are different employers each day! Pre-registration is preferred but not required.

Fair Preparation and #MegaFastPass:

Properly prepare for the fair and put your best foot forward! Career Exploration and Success (formerly University Career Services) at New Brunswick provides preparation resources for Rutgers University–New Brunswick current students and alumni. If you are not affiliated with RU-NB (either a current or former student of the campus) you will need to seek preparation resources through your own campus.

Preparation is paramount! A variety of options are available to you to prep for the fair!

You can schedule a Career Assistance Appointment (for eligible students and alumni) to prepare.

Additionally, on September 11, we will be hosting a drop-in resume critique at the Busch Student Center Multi-Purpose Room from 11:00 am - 3:30 pm.

Attendance at these events will grant you access to the #MEGAFASTPASS — a digital pass that enables you to skip the registration line at the fair.

The #MegaFastPass will allow students access to express check-in and coat check lines at the fair. Students who attend one of the events above are eligible to receive the #MegaFastPass. Starting January 21, students may also receive a #MegaFastPass when they participate in in-person appointments or drop-in hours.
