As Associate Director for Employer Development I have an integral part in the development and maintenance of employer outreach operations. I offer insights on strategies for aiding employers in developing their brand on campus while working to drive employers to select Rutgers as a target school for recruiting.

Prior to joining University Career Services, I established and grew the Office of Career Management Rutgers Business School: Undergraduate New Brunswick. I also managed a women's leadership program designed to provide female business students with structured opportunities refine and develop their leadership abilities. Prior to working at Rutgers Business School, I worked in university relations/college recruiting and youth development training.

I received my B.A. from Douglass College, Rutgers University, my M.S. from NYU Landon School of Engineering, and I am currently working on earning my Ed.D. from the Graduate School of Education, Rutgers University.

When considering your major and the work you wish to do think about disciplines, employers and industries that are aligned with your values. Get involved on campus in events and organizations that contribute to your holistic development as a student and a professional. Keep your overall G.P.A. at a 3.0. or higher. Begin your job search early by attending workshops and other career related events. Build your professional wardrobe with simple pieces such as dress tops, bottoms and shoes.
