Application Process

The Rutgers Road to Wall Street Program interviewing process is set up using the On-Campus Interviewing system in CareerKnight. Follow the instructions below to register for one or more of the interview schedules.  Remember, we will have alumni from various divisions of wall street interviewing and selecting students for that sector so please select a interview schedule associated with your primary interests area.

HOW TO REGISTER:

  1. LOG IN to CareerKnight: 
    • Click here to log in to your free CareerKnight account.  This page will open in a new window to allow you to refer back to these instructions.
    • FIRST-TIME CAREERKNIGHT USERS: If you are a new user to the system, you will need to complete your profile information in order to access the interview schedules.
  2. SEARCH FOR the interview schedule associated with your primary career interest:
    • On the main menu, click on "Internship & Job Listings". You will see all the positions currently listed in the system
    • In the keyword search field, type in the position ID number (within parenthesis next to each schedule) associated with the mock interview schedule you are interested in:
      • Investment Banking / Investment Research: (#49588)

      • Sales & Trading: (#50137)

      • Asset Management: (#50138)

      • Finance Operations Legal, Risk and HR: (#50139)

      • Information Technology: (#50140)

  3. SIGN-UP for an available schedule slot:
    • Once you find the correct schedule (see step 2), click "apply" to access the timeslot system.
    • You will need to upload a resume.  
    • Select an available interview timeslot.

NO-SHOW POLICY: The interviewing process adheres to the same no-show policies as our On-Campus Interviewing Program.  Understand the policy (view here) in order to avoid losing all CareerKnight privileges for not cancelling your slot in time.
